FAQs

*Pre-orders Product order cannot be cancelled once item is shipped from manufacturer.

*Shipping is all done via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Currently we only ship to the continental US. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages in hopes to get the items to you as quickly as possible. In regards to complete skates they will most likely need to be built by hand and can take up to 7 business days to be put together. We ask that you take this into your plans when ordering.

*Back-ordered items may occur. We strive to fill backorders ASAP. This usually occurs within 2-4 weeks of order placement. You will be notified of anticipated fulfillment date. Of course you have the option of cancelling the backordered item(s) in your order and replacing them with another item or for a refund of the backordered item(s).

*Returns and Exchanges - please read carefully so you aren’t stuck with an item that doesn’t fit or not what you wanted.

 Items that cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective):

 -Custom skates

 -Custom pads/helmets

 -Skateboard decks that have grip-tape added by customer request after purchase

 -Discontinued/clearance items

 -Seasonal themed items

 -Mouth guards, socks, tights, hot pants (unless in original packaging AND unopened)

There is a 10% restocking fee on stock skate, skateboards, and …… Item(s) must be brand new, unused, and unworn in their original packaging. We recommend when trying items on to do so at home on a carpeted surface. This will help prevent scratching and damage that would prevent your item from being returnable. Any items returned not in perfect, new on-the-shelf condition will not be accepted.

Customer will pay return shipping, EVEN if the item was originally sent with free shipping. The return/exchange process must be initiated ASAP of your package arriving. (I.e. you must contact us and let us know you will be returning/exchanging the item.) If you are exchanging it please let us know in the email what item you’d like to exchange it for including size or color when it applies.

Please note: If you are shipping skates back we recommend sending them inside of another box to avoid damaging the packaging itself. Keep in mind if the packaging is damaged we will not be able accept your return/exchange.
